Hi

We have recently switched to Square but I am having some issues. I am uploading brand by brand and the first few went in with absolutely no issues. I am importing using a .csv.

I am doing the current brand exactly as I have the previous ones using the template I downloaded from Square, but I keep getting this error

Very few individual products have more than about 20 total variants (4 colours, 5 sizes) but even the biggest may be 30. 

I tried it again on a product that has two variations - They have no size option and come in two colours - and it did the same thing. I was chatting to support for a couple of hours yesterday and we couldn't come up with anything that worked. Does anybody have any ideas? I just can't work it out.

Hey @djg23, welcome to the Square Seller Community! Really sorry to hear this, sounds like a frustrating experience. 

We have a list of Import Item Library Troubleshooting Steps available on our support centre which is known to resolve common issues with the item import tool. 

When previously importing items, did any of those items have a large number of options, similar to the items being imported currently?
