The AMEX Shop Small campaign with Square is running between 20th-25th of June.
The capacity for the campaign is limited and there is a certain amount of sellers that are selected each year. Participating businesses have been selected based on American Express and Square eligibility criteria.
An opt-in email about the Shop Small was sent to the eligible Square businesses on 19 May 2022.
If you did not receive this email, it means your business was not selected this year, but that's not to say you won't be selected for upcoming campaigns.
It sounds like you may have received some conflicting information, so apologies for that!
