I'm having an issue with appointments when set as "all day". The service is just an hour, but I set up the appointments for the entire day because in my situation, time of day is not very important.
The email reminders my clients receive have a random one hour time block under "When".
Is it incorrect to assume that when I schedule an all day appointment that the client reminders should show the date only and no time?
Is this a bug?

When you create an "All Day" appointment, the "When" should show as 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM. I'm not sure why your clients would be seeing a one hour time block if you're scheduling them for an "All Day" appointment. Did you happen to originally have their appointment booked for a certain timeframe and then change it to the "All Day" appointment? Or have you always used the "All Day" appointment time slot?
