Hi everyone, I have been trying to figure this out all evening. I have a customer wanting to get $420 worth of product on After-pay which is a huge deal for me (like 2months of sales in one go). So I click on accept after-pay and send the invoice off only to have them receive something that tells them its not accepted. This happened to another customer who wanted $150 of stuff and I lost the sale and they went with another person because it wouldn't work.
Could anyone help me out with what might be going wrong? Ive googled to no avail.

I would check out this support article here because it dives into the eligibility and payment requirements needed to use Afterpay.
