After I enter all the information for a manual credit card, the app freezes & I can't press "charge"

After I enter all the information for a manual credit card, the app freezes and I can't press "charge".  Possibly relevant - the zipcode doesn't not get entered directly on the line - it is off by about 1/2 a line.
