Admin access

I've been given access to another website. When I go to the link to add it to my dashboard, it doesn't add. How do I access the website when my dashboard won't allow it

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about the trouble! 

This happens commonly if the business hasn't granted you full access to the Dashboard. Please ask them to confirm that your permission set is enabled for "full access" here, or ask them to reach out to our support team on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEDT) to confirm that you've been added.
