I have been unable to add items to my website. I keep getting error messages when trying to add an item, add an item image, or add a digital file. This just started happening on January 10th.
Any suggestions?

We are sorry to hear that this is occurring. We want to help figure out what is occurring, so we have a few questions to troubleshoot. First, are you able to send a screenshot of the error you are receiving? What device are you using to edit / add these items?
