Add to cart button does not appear

Hi everyone,

 

I am facing with a big issue for the first time in the website I am designing. I am the team member of the website and currently the "Add to Cart" button is not appearing in any means. I am assuming that the owner of the website faced some errors when setting up the account (just assuming). 

 

I called customer service also but I could not talk with anyone as it is asking for a 8-digit PIN which we do not have.

 

Any response is appreciated.

Thank you very much Isabelle. I immediately contacted the support team using the link you provided. It seems that this problem is the outcome of the fact that the business owner (creator of the Square account) has not verified her identity. I will make the owner verify her identity to see if the problem is solved. If not, I will write it down for you. I am extremely thankful for your response.

Our "create new item" button has been disappearing a lot lately. Especially if I have search filters in use. Refreshing the page does not bring it back. I have to close my square page to logout and re-log in to get it to come back. Huge pain. Seems to be a glitch as we are a small business and don't seem to have issues with verifying our identity. Any other tips?

I'm not sure I quite understand what you mean by this. Is the button disappearing from the live site? Are you logging out/in from the Square dashboard, and this makes the button display again?
