Add to Cart button

Hi

I have just set up my website and noticed today that on the mobile version the Add to Cart button is floating at the bottom and interferes with the Message us button. I want it to be next to the qty. Aldo just noticed the Google Pay has now disappeared too. Checked my settings and it defiantly turned on. I have tried ti change the layout but nothing seems to work.
