I am a small hemp company out of NC. I’ve been using square the past 6 years. I just recently submitted all my new coas they asked for. One of my products tested .01 over the limit so I immediately removed it from website and told them about it. After I got a message saying your have been verified and are good to go. Right after I received a notice saying my account will be deactivated. I contacted the customer support and is so frustrating that I cannot speak to anyone in the CBD department to figure out what exactly is going on. I’ve been back and forth the past few weeks. I did just submit an appeal but will prob be denied from what I’ve been reading. Can anyone help as I would like to stay with square but very frustrated dealing with this. Thanks!
