Ability to apply discount on the mobile app

It would be great if discounts could be applied to individual invoices on the mobile app. Many times I need to apply one off monthly discounts on invoices but have to wait until I can get to a computer to apply them. It is one of the only things I cannot do from the app.

Welcome to the Square Community. So you can actually apply a discount from the app, for some reason they decided to sort of hide it. 

They have it nested under the Line Items.  So simply click on Add Line Item and then scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see your saved discounts that you can apply . 

I don't normally use the app, I'm not sure when it was changed like that, but I do not believe it has always been that way.

As @Minionsuggests, this discount option should be available through your mobile app. If for some reason you are not seeing this option, please let us know and we would be happy to take another look.

I’m on the road a lot. Often times my discounts are one time discounts and I use the app and cannot do a custom discount on an estimate before I submit the invoice. Why is this simple functionality not included in the mobile app?

So I would then suggest creating a variable discount that you can use for anytime of one time amounts. Be sure to save it and then you should be able to follow the steps I listed below to give the discount from mobile
