I enabled abandoned cart emails last month and have not seen any go out. I even tested it out with my own account. I tried shopping the site, filling up my cart and entering info and then leaving the page. I never received anything. I specifically upgraded to premium just for this feature. Can someone help me?

My abandoned cart is enabled but not sending out to customers. In the last year only 250 total abandoned emails have been sent. My data says I've had 750 'add to carts' off my site last month alone. My employees and I have even added items on our own to test the abandoned cart, and the abandoned email never came! I have spoke to square representatives for 3 days in a row, and they can't seem to fix the issue. I have missed out on so much money, and I have retail plus.

I am sorry to hear the abandoned cart emails have not been working, that is super frustrating. I currently don't see any support cases on your account reporting this. in order to get this resolved you will need to speak with our Square Online Support Team at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport.
