Do you know if the abandoned basket function that has been transitioned to Square Marketing has been activated on all accounts yet? We have received an email from Square saying to transition our abandoned baskets in advance of the 21 Jan, however there in no functionality showing in the Square Marketing to set up this automated email feature. Do you know if this should be active on our account by now? Many thanks ๐

I've checked with the team and sellers who have Square Online Customer Reviews enabled will only be able to transition the Abandoned Basket feature to Marketing on the 27/01 - which is the date Online Customer Reviews will migrate to Marketing. Can you check if Square Online Customer Reviews is enabled on your account ?
To summarise:
I apologise for the confusion, and can assure you that engineers are aware of this and working to rectify the banner!
I'll check back in on the 27th, but let me know if you have any other questions.
