API timing out

Hello everyone,

We added the Square API to Gravity Forms on a Wordpress site and the payment gateway on our page keeps disappearing and the link between gravity form and square keeps unlinking.

I have to log in, re-establish connection with square and save everything in order for the payment gateway to reappear.

This is soooo frustrating!!

I can't figure out why this is happening and it's causing major issues for us.

Can anyone help?

Hi @crossatlantic thank you for reaching out! I can only imagine how frustrating that would be, so I'm happy you posted. 

Have you had a chance to talk to Gravity Forms yet? When connecting our API to another developer, it's always best to start with them. If they say the issue is on our end, please let us know via email while including the case number for your conversation with Gravity Form. We request email only because we want to do our best to protect your account privacy and information.
