A reseller wants to send me payment for a Square invoice I generated using Melio, is that supported?

Hi there, 

We are a samll winery, and recently invoiced a wine bar. They don't like payoing with credit cards and want to use Melio. Does anyone know if this works, and how?

Kind of, the issue here is both Square and Melio are payment acceptors and both would require their own invoice.  Now if you have a Melio account you would need to send them the payment details so you get paid.  Now when you get Paid through Melio this would not show as your Square Invoice for your items as being paid.  You may have to edit the invoice to show as paid by Cash or other and mark the invoice with the Melio refrence number.  

I did a quick App integration search between Melio and Square and had no results. 

With Melio they can pay by ACH and integrates with Quickbooks.  Basically they have an account setup with Melio and have their Banks Account and Routing numbers in Melio.  They choose to pay you with Melio, you send them a Payment request in Melio and then they can send you a payment by ACH or Credit Card, but they already want  to avoid the CC.

I looked down at the ACH pricing because that is what it sounds like they would like and it is currently Free for you ?? but will change later in 2025 and 50 cents for them from what I quickly read.

Square also offers ACH payments https://squareup.com/us/en/payments/ach-payments 

Now I have not done either of these systems, most of my payments are by credit card or by a check with businesses I have worked with before.
