Saturday I had a client make 2 purchases using the same cash app. 6 hours later my tablet sends me a notice the POS has canceled the 2nd sale. That's Crazy!!! So squares big promotion is I can run sales at the end if the day. So I didn't worry about it. I call Monday and the give me 6 excuses why they cannot complete the 2nd transaction from the same customer. and i learn, they CANNOT EVEN SEE MY POS. Last year they sent a report at the end of a quarter showing me lost tap sales totaling several hundred dollars??? What in the world? I cannot afford Square to have POS PROBLEMS
@Maggieirussell I haven't experienced this exactly, the only thing I have seen be an issue is if you have tipping enabled. Sometimes customers won't hit tip or no tip at the end and the transaction effectively sits there. If it is a dispute, then on your dashboard you have an option to view disputes and it should show up there. The only other question would be if you are processing transactions offline/no internet?

That is a good question, @Donnie-M. @Maggieirussell, do you know if these payments were made in offline mode or with no internet connection? As well as, when you chatted with Support, what reasoning did they give you?
