The purchase goes through, and the customer receives a receipt to the registered e-mail, but they encounter a 404 page (page not found) directly after submitting their purchase. I've tested with different e-mails (reserved domain and not), different items, and different browsers. This is confusing for them and leads to duplicate purchases and consequent refund grief. Please advise.
@beyondbaroque I'm so sorry that this happened. Had more than one customer contacted you about this before you started to test it yourself? Are your customers seeing this when they use a particlar mobile device, or are they all computer browser checkout?
