I have the app and have always used the app, i looked in on the desktop because my phone broke and nothing was in my reports. like ever, it was like i had never made a sale when i know for a fact that i have, i made multiple sales the day before but everything was coming up $0. my old bank account was also linked but on the app everything has been transferring to my bank account just fine. how is this possible?

Sorry for the confusion. There are a couple of reasons that this could have happened. Do you have 2 locations under one account? It's possible to have two Square Accounts with different emails. Maybe your computer saved an old Square account and password and accidentally logged you in an old Square Account. Since the last time you logged in, have you been able to locate the account that has the correct data in it?
