We are 10 year Square Retail POS users - the last 2 months the 2 step verification is not working. Square is no help and just sends us directions how to set up.
We are logged out on 3 computers - we are running up to date software - regardless of the computer we log in without receiving phone verification.
Yes its turned on in our settings.
Yes we are logged out.
Yes its on multiple computers.
Any suggestions?????? We have had 1 occurrence of fraud 3 years ago in the amount of $35k that Square did not back us on. Thus we are overly concerned.
