why is delivery fee withheld from my transfer

I am taking preorders for an item I will delivery myself. Square is entering an line item as delivery fee (ok, my gas, etc), but then keeping (it isn't in my transferred amount). Where is this .50 per order going? How can I correct this situation and get back what Square has withheld to date?

thank you, goldeneye. My misunderstanding. I've turned off the delivery option, since paying Square extra to offer than service seems crazy. I don't see how to pass that along to delivery customers without also passing it along to postal customers (who are already paying shipping.)
