@booksetc Welcome to the community. There really isn't a hard limit on how many products the Square Handheld can hold. All of your items live in your Square catalog (cloud Based), and the handheld just syncs with that. So you can have thousands of items/variations without a set cap. We have about 3,000 items/sku's and have no problem.
