Hello, the 1099-K form will not reflect the amount refunded to customers.  How do we account for this discrepancy on our sales tax forms or on our annual business taxes?

If you are looking for a holistic data reporting on your annual number of refunds, you can find that information via your Sales Summary in the Online Dashboard. Once you've collected this information, we recommend working with your Tax Professional on how to report your earnings back to the IRS.
