self ordering - open tickets

Is it possible to enable self ordering in Square Restaurant and allow the table to order and add to their ticket through out a period of time. 

We would also need to view these open tickets through one monitoring station.

Just a thought as our restaurant experiments with various levels of service and the comfort level of staff.

Would love that. Many restaurant turns to this idea because of the lack of staff. It would turn over tables faster as they don't have to wait for the waiter to comeback to the table. 

More turnover == more transactions @Square
