I accidently charge a customer way more than they owed me (added an extra number!) on Saturday the 3rd. I came home and when I was balancing my account noticed it and issued a refund for the difference on Saturday night - my account was credit for the difference in the refund and the original amount on Monday. The customer still has not seen the refund in her banking account - how long does it take to process?
