"Our store is not currently accepting orders."

This is starting to get aggravating I have been using square for years now out of nowhere my store is not accepting orders and will resume 3days from now? I have done everything I could do everything on my end says I am accepting orders. I have lost orders. I have changed everything that google and YouTube has told me to do. Everything is so out of date I feel like I am making it worse. The only other advice is people trying to charge me $100-$300 no thanks. Does anyone have any idea or should I just call customer service.
