Hi, we are a retail store. Transactions today via ING cards are not showing on Square transactions but are showing on customer bank accounts.
The transaction is saying 'Connection error' then declined but is coming out of customer account.
Can someone please assist?
Perhaps it was just an authorization on the card? I've never had the case where someone has been charged and there is not a valid transaction.
Have you looked at the transactions after the fact ? Are there transactions recorded for these sales ?
