pending order will not void or cancel

i have a pending order transaction that i can't cancel or void.  all the selection buttons are not to cancel the order are not selectable.  it just sits there pending.

HI @gmonk321 are you trying to cancel this order on the online store dashboard or another platform like point of sale? 

Can you try to complete this order on another browser or device and let me know if that works?

 At point of sale.  it doesn't show on my back end dashboard

If you don't have any pending payments, can you please delete and reinstall the app? That should help remove the order. If that doesn't work, contact our Support Team and they can help file a ticket with engineering. Thank you!
