orders still marked "In Progress", no way to change status

Ever since Pirate Ship integration, it works fine on PS's end to import the order information, but on Square's end the orders (some of which are long delivered) are piling up as "In Progress". It actually DOES sync the tracking number from the label bought for each order on PS, and that number is shown with the order information, but it has no ability to manually mark as shipped or to complete the order, from what I can see. Anything I'm missing?

You’re not missing much — this is a known limitation with the Pirate Ship–Square integration. Square imports the tracking info but doesn’t automatically update the order status to “Completed.” Unfortunately, there’s no manual way to change it within Square yet. The best workaround is to mark the order as fulfilled directly in Pirate Ship or contact Square Support to request a manual status update feature. 🙂

Note: Some users have found that disconnecting and reconnecting the integration can refresh the sync for newer orders, but it won’t retroactively complete past ones.
