We are an art community and many (all) items in our inventory are one of a kind but they are entered into our POS Square system as 'type'. This works when customers are in the shop and get to select the item among many they prefer. For instance, Jane's knit hats, $35. but for our online store a picture of the very hat that is being sold will have to be installed.

You can turn off the Square Sync for some information between your Dashboard and Item Library, but just to warn you some information will stay synced. To make sure your items are available in the Online Store - you will need an inventory of at least one with your items too.
