Hi there. Item fulfillment has to be setup on Weebly's end. You should see a link directing you to the Weebly dashboard when creating the checkout link. You can set the fulfillment to pickup, but I don't believe it will show as available unless you setup the pickup location.
From the Weebly dashboard, click on Settings > Pickup & Delivery to make sure it is setup. This should hopefully solve your issue, but if you are still having trouble I recommend reaching out to our support team. The reps have access to your backend settings and can make sure everything is setup properly.
