edit Purchase orders

How can we delete more than one item from a purchase order?  Every time i delete one it brings me back to the top... Making it extremely slow to edit. is there a way to do it in bulk.

@PFGreenhouse I checked Square's current purchase-order documentation, and I couldn't find a documented option to select and delete multiple line items at once.

However, there may be a workaround worth considering if you're working with a purchase-order draft.

Square allows you to export an existing purchase-order draft as a CSV file.

From your Dashboard, go to Items & Services > Inventory Management > Purchase Orders.

Find your draft, select the three-dot menu, and choose Save as CSV.

You can then open that file in Excel, remove the unwanted item rows, and save the updated spreadsheet.

Square also supports importing purchase orders from CSV or Excel files, so you could import the revised file as a new purchase order.

Just be aware that importing the spreadsheet creates another purchase order rather than updating the original automatically.

I'd verify the new order carefully before canceling the original draft. If the original has already been sent to your vendor or inventory has been received, I'd handle those changes separately.

This isn't quite the bulk-delete feature you're requesting, but it could save considerable time when editing a large draft.
