can someone help me I need to be able to get payment but cant enter expiration date. I have just bought this and dont no what to do

What's happening when you attempt to enter the expiration date? Is the field turning red?
It just won't let me enter the last 2 expiry numbers

I'm not aware of any outages in regards to taking manually keyed payments - if you're getting a red box around the field when you're entering the details, this indicates the numbers are incorrect.
If you've been supplied the details by the customer (as opposed to being able to see the card itself to verify details are correct) I'd get back to them and let them know they may have accidentally provided an incorrect expiry!
Otherwise if there's anything else I'm missing (eg if the error is not a red box, but the pin pad freezes) let me know!
