I was shocked today to find out that there is no way for an international customer shopping my website to switch the currency to their own country's. I feel like when I set up my website last year, this was an option and I was able to put a drop down list on my website that shoppers could switch currencies. When I got a customer complaint today stating they were able to access the drop down menu and choose to switch from CAD to USD, but nothing happened, I approached customer service. They are claiming there have been many upgrades to this function, but essentially switching currencies is not possible as of now. This blows my mind since it seems pretty basic that a customer would want to shop in their own currency and not guess what the exchange rate of the day or on their credit card is. This is enough of a turnoff for a customer to not shop with me which really upsets me as a seller. This function needs to be figured out and added ASAP.
