One of my three Square registers is not allowing me to save items to a ticket, so we're only able to take call in orders via 2 of the registers, which can be super inconvenient. I've tried a hard reset on this particular register, and the issue persists. The settings are the same for this register as the other two registers.
Has anyone else run into a work around for this issue?
I have not run into this at all, but lets start with the basics to see if any of this may help you.
1) Make sure all registers are on the newest version of Square.
2) Make sure all three are running the Same Square app.
3) Make sure all 3 are connected to the same Account through Square.
If all these are fine the last resort would be to call Square support at the number in my signature line below.
