I pay for a Square Restaurant and use all its functions with my kitchen. Why is it so hard to get the google online ordering working? We have contacted your support team a few times and never recieved an answer or way to fix this unless we close our current subscription and reopen again losing our history?

I had a look at your account and can see that your merchant category code and your website are both registered as restaurants, so it looks like your account is set up correctly.
I can raise this with our Square Online team, but I have some questions before doing so, just to ensure that we have all the details.
Is your Google Business Profile already set up?
