I read a few other posts about this and some changes that were made on12-14-23. But, it also says they were fixed. I switched to Square for Retail in order to report this report! It's saying my profit is my total sales. It is also not recognizing that I did input unit costs. Please help!

The Retail team let me know that it sounds like you may not have unit cost set for you items. You would need to add unit costs to each item to be able to see the COGS report. If you are unsure of how to do this, you could contact our Support Team to ensure that you have set up properly for future reports.
