We are a winery and offer wine by-the-glass and by-the-bottle. When a customer orders wine by-the-glass the receipt prints like this:
"Blush 2019 BTG $X.XX
Bottle"
When I pull up the item details "bottle" doesn't appear anywhere in the item profile.
Where is the receipt finding "bottle" to print? It's confusing our customers and causing some issues.

It might be a Variation.
If there's only 1 Variation, you won't see the name of it - so you might have had multiple variations and then deleted one.
To check this out, go into the Item on your Web Dashboard, scroll down to Variations, then click on Add Variation. Once you have two variations, you'll be able to edit the names of them, and delete the second one you just made.
