This used to be a feature and with the update it has disappeared. It is incredibly time consuming on a weekly basis for me to have to go into each customer and reprint tickets manually.

I'd like to gain more context on how you were using this feature before, so I can escalate to the proper team. Were you printing all Open Tickets in bulk before, or were you selecting from a list of both open and closed tickets?
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
I used ticket groups previously and would print an entire ticket group at one time. I only reprinted open tickets not closed tickets.
