Waiver for Digital Download

I am looking to have a waiver attached to a digital download. I cannot seem to find a way. I do not want them to be able to purchase until waiver completed to avoid having to work with refunds. Thanks!

Is there a particular place on your site you are looking for your sellers to be met with the waiver? I was taking a look at the Square App Marketplace for a solution for you and I was able to find Waiver Electronic, a platform that goes over liability waivers for your customers. Would this be what you are looking for?
