View All Items not working

Hello! If I click 'View All Items' it does not show all the items not matter what categories I update. Ive read through the doc and forum posts, tried everything (even the little tweaks, changing a period and hitting save, nothing works) and my store still refuses to show all items. thanks for your help!

I've provided an outline and checklist below of things to go through/troubleshoot to try and get your items visible on the site. I know you have tried everything but I just wanted to provide a list here. I have included some questions below if you could provide the answers so I can better troubleshoot. 

  1. Basic Visibility Checks:

    • Confirm all items are marked as "Visible" in your Square Dashboard
    • Verify items are properly assigned to categories
    • Check that items are marked as "In Stock" (if applicable)
  2. Common Technical Issues:

    • Browser cache/cookies might be interfering
    • Site settings may need to be refreshed
    • Category structure might need adjustment

Here's a step-by-step troubleshooting plan:

1. Clear Site Cache
  1. Log out of your Square Dashboard
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. Log back in and try again
2. Item Settings Verification
  1. Go to Items in your Square Dashboard
  2. Check each item's visibility settings
  3. Ensure "Show on Online Store" is enabled for items you want visible
3. Category Structure Check
  1. Go to your Online Store settings
  2. Review category structure
  3. Try creating a new test category
  4. Add a test item to confirm visibility
4. Site Settings Reset
  1. Go to Online Store > Site Settings
  2. Make a minor change (like adding a space to your site description)
  3. Save changes
  4. Publish site updates
5. Advanced Troubleshooting

If the above steps don't work:

  1. Try accessing your store from:
    • A different browser
    • An incognito/private window
    • A different device
  2. Check if you have any URL filters or redirects set up
  3. Verify your site navigation settings

Questions to help diagnose:

  1. Are you seeing any specific error messages?
  2. Can you see the items individually in specific categories?
  3. Approximately how many items do you have in total?
  4. Is this a recent problem or has it never worked correctly?

Thank you for your reply! Sadly I feel I have went up and down this checklist to the best of my abilities to no avail. Is this a technical issue? Is there any way to have someone from support @ square give my little store a quick look? Thanks again!
