Urgent!! Buttons for items, customers, discounts and Saved Cart gone!!!

The screen now shows a grid of favorites, but no way to see those buttons that are always there for Items, Customers, Discounts and Saved Carts.  It changed since yesterday.  We need it back to the way it was and we need to be able to get to our saved carts.  

This is extremely urgent!

 

Obviously I have already tried to figure it out in settings with no luck.

 

Help!!

Hi @BofBArtStudio.  I just spent a little time noodling around the Restaurants App updated 5 days ago. Not being a Retail seller I don’t recall what the old screen layout looked like, but it looks like in this one you can add those buttons directly to your grid yourself.  To do this, Edit your page, under “Add to Page” click “Action.”  You’ll see the ability to add Customers, Discounts and Saved Carts actions to your page/grid.  I hope that helps get you back up and running.

Thank you for that response.

I did that four or five times adding those items to the favorites as you instructed. Each time I saved it and saw that it was there the way I wanted it to be and reordered them to the top. And then just when I was about to show the team that it did it they disappeared right in front of my eyes..

I tried it again and again and again each time seeing that they were there and then watching them vanish.

The only way I can get it to stick is by creating a custom tab called actions, added them there, and that seemed to stick.

I guess that's good enough for now. I really don't like that this new view of favorites/tabs takes up half of the screen.  

 

At least it seems for now we're back to functioning and able to get to saved carts again.
