Hi folks, been a lurker for a while and first time poster now! Appreciate everyone's help in advance.
We run a large convenience store (thousands of SKUs). Items are taxed in New Yorkl by category, i.e. Tylenol (no tax because it is medicated), Coca Cola (taxed at a predefined rate) and rice (not taxed, because it is a raw ingredient).
Assuming we have the right tax rates set, what is the fastest way to update our catalog? Selecting 250 items at a time from the item library will take us way too long. We've tried exporting excel, CSVs, etc. and don't see the appropriate column etc.
