I have 2 scales
CAS SW-RS
CAS PD-II
Both of them are not recognized in Square. It gives a message that the USB device is not protected.
I have a SQUARE STAND 1st generation, and according to the documentation this is supported for the CAS scales.
Its been really frustrating not being able to get it to work. Can someone help?

In checking our Square Accessories page for Australia, I can confirm that the CAS PD-2 is compatible with the Square Stand (1st and 2nd generation) in Australia. However, it’s not supported when connected to iOS devices using a Square Reader. While I didn’t find any mention of the CAS SW-RS on the Australian accessories list, the US Accessories page does show it as a compatible scale with Square Stand. That said, compatibility can vary by region, so it’s best to confirm with our Support Team whether the CAS SW-RS is supported for use with Square hardware in Australia.
It’s also important to note that you can only connect one scale to your Point of Sale app at a time. If you're trying to connect both scales to the same Square Stand simultaneously, that could explain the issue you're encountering.
