The new update changed my Saved Tickets. Is there a way to change this back?

My Saved Tickets look similar to Paid Tickets.  How can I use Notes or something else to help my staff see unpaid vs paid faster?  Before the update, I used the Notes.  Now, the extra dashed line is gone.

Since the last update, when you save a ticket the notes are no longer printing to the kitchen printer. This is very important!

I've moved your post to this thread where another seller noticed the Open Tickets feature was acting a bit funky, @Maggies_lunch - updating your Square Point of Sale app should get things back to where they need to be!

Hi there @pretz - this issue has been resolved with a fix that was included in the most recent update!

 

If you haven't already, please update your Square Point of Sale app again, and things should work as intended.
