The gift option, which I have applied to all items on my site, keeps disappearing. I am able to apply it again, but it is beyond frustrating. Are developers tryin to fix this?

No, the Square Support page isn't helpful. I understand how to set up the gift options and apply them to my items. The issue is that it is not sticky: the gift option keeps disappearing from ALL items, and I have to go back in and set it up. It's pretty easy to do, but it SHOULD NOT keep happening. Are others having this problem? And why is it SO hard to find anyone at Weebly to help?!?

Hi Joe. I have tried to reach out for over a month. No one ever gets back to me. Ever. The problem persists, and now images are disappearing from our categories pages. PLEASE CONTACT ME.
AND, I've received a reply that Square is "currently experiencing issues." Good grief.
