For 3 days now, our Square for retail has been responding VERY SLOWLY when taking cash payments. There is about a 10 second lag time between the time we enter the amount paid and the next screen which would tell us how much change should be returned. It may not seem like a big deal until there are 5 or 6 people in live. Have contacted support and they say they are working on it??? I am getting frustrated, is anyone else experiencing this??

2. What app version is the terminal on?
3. What brand and model cash drawer are you using?
4. What troubleshooting steps have you done?
Yes, Square for retail terminal. Not sure about App Version?? It's the cash drawer that came with the rest of the Square for Retail hardware package. I have tried re-booting to no avail
