Tables not showing on reports in App

Hi

Since Square released the new POS when I look at Tickets in the app it no longer shows the open table tickets it just shows open orders from the counter not the restaurant. 

 

Any ideas how to get them to show again? I can no longer see an accurate view on sales / how busy we are as i cant see table orders in the app

Thanks for reaching out to us with your query, I'd be happy to take a closer look at this with you.

I just want to first confirm, are you referring to the OpenTable + Square integration? Or, is your question about viewing the allocated section from your floor plan from an open ticket?

If it's the latter, and you can no longer view the allocated section from the ticket, you can double-check that you have the option to 'use predefined tickets' selected. To review your settings, please refer to this guide.

So on the POS in store we have tables we can open and allocate orders to then settle when they leave and these show in the Bills section as Table1 etc.. 

 

When i select Reports - Sales from the app I can no longer see the open Table1 tickets under the sales where I used to be able to, so from the app I can no longer see what our open ticket value is as it doesnt reflect the restaurant orders that are open.

It's hard to get a good insight into whether this is expected with the app refresh or not without having a look at your settings.
