Syncing Missing Costs report with existing inventory list costs

Hello there-

 

This may be 2 questions but related:

 

1 -Exported my inventory , counted, corrected and added missing costs & vendors. Import was successful.  Costs of Goods Sold report still shows missing costs & vendors.  Why doesn't that sync up?

 

2 - Noticed that most of the missing costs are from Faire auto-add feature.  But not all vendors from Faire show up nor all items from a vendor.  It seems wonky.  Again, why doesn't this sync up once I edit the items for SKU, cost & Taxes??

Just to clarify, do you have an integration between Square, and Faire set up for your inventory? I'd love to dig in a bit deeper to see what might be at cause here. I'll keep an eye out for your reply 😊

Thank you for confirming, @OddbirdGifts. This looks like it might be related to the Faire integration. When you have a moment, can you give disconnecting, and reconnecting the integration a try and let us know how you go?
