Square for Retail Integration with UberEats/Doordash

Has anyone managed to integrate them?

 

I really need to connect my store to these delivery services but they don't directly integrate. Is there a third party service that anyone's used? I see there are retail stores on there so how did they do it? How do they monitor inventory? It can't be manual when you have that many products. 

 

Alternatively, I also see that KDS integrates with Square for Retail. If I connected KDS to Square and then connected KDS to UberEats, would that work?

I have both working, doordash needed a restaurant I'd number I got from the developer site

 

Uber is a link to a Facebook integration style permission box.

 

I believe I had to have square for restaurants but I cannot confirm if that is actually a requirement or a misunderstanding from doordash, but I did drop down to the free tier and it still worked after it was running.

 

I think the restaurant integration might have been a mistake, and it was the Id from the developer site I needed.

There are quite a few aggregators. 

I personally use Delivetect, but there is also Cuboh, both have a retail arm to their platform and both integrate right into Square!

@SSB_YVR  The problem is I have Square for Retail. I know Square for Restaurants integrates...I've looked into Deliverect, Cuboh, etc and none of them, as of yet, can do retail. I have over 900 products that always rotate, it would be a huge undertaking to manage that manually which is why I need some sort of integration. 

 

@JTPets1 What do you mean by ID number and Facebook integration? 

 

The stupid thing is, before I ever signed up for DoorDash I confirmed with them on three separate occasions that they could integrate and then only once I signed up and went through the process, they said they didn't know why anyone ever told me that because they can't. Any time I talk to them, each department doesn't seem to know what the other departments are doing and then if you ask any question whose answer isn't readily available on a script, it makes them short circuit. I was really hoping someone out there had figured this out because I can't be the only non-restaurant that wants to do this.

Location ID is something listed in the square developer forum, log into https://developer.squareup.com/ and click locations on the left hand panel for a location ID doordash needs for your menu once you connect

I remembered something about Deliverect Retail so I took a look and it seems that they have a retail version now.
I've asked my contact within Deliverect about the Square Retail and they are double checking.

@SSB_YVR Thanks, but I talked to them already. Apparently they did have it but then had to take it down because of some changes DoorDash made. So they have to recode it or whatever it is they're doing and then they'll be relaunching at some point in 2025 allegedly but they don't have a date. But thanks for doing that, I appreciate it!
