Square for Restaurants void action missing

I am testing the Square for Restaurants app and I cannot seem to find the void button.  I have sent the order to the kitchen and would like to void it.  When I select Actions I do not see a Void button as the guide describes.  Also, the user I am testing with has Administrator permissions.

Any ideas?

Do you have Comps & Voids enabled on your device?

I was missing the actual Void reasons.  The void permission was there but I wasn't aware that a void reason was needed.
